    1 c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee ketchup
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sweet relish
    2 tbsp. drained capers
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee spicy brown mustard
    1 tbsp. hot sauce
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    10 Hy-Vee chicken drumsticks (about 3 to 3-1/2 pounds)
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. For dipping sauce, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, capers, parsley, mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
    2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; place a wire rack on top of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Place chicken on prepared rack and brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
    4. Serve with dipping sauce.
    5. Alternate Method: Bake chicken drumsticks as directed. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
    6. Preheat grill for medium heat over direct heat. Grill baked chicken drumsticks for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, or until heated through. Serve with dipping sauce.
