Directions
- Place 1 small scoop ice cream into each of 12 (2 ounce) mini clear plastic or glass parfait cups.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon cereal and 1 rounded teaspoon applesauce. Drizzle each with 1 rounded teaspoon caramel topping.
- Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
